Class Description
Join founder and creatrix of the Omnique Methodā¢, Monique Trinity Rose, as we embark into an archetypal journey of ritual embodiment and embrace our empowered wholeness. In this initiatory āFlow & Formā workshop we will get a taste of the Omnique format, which incorporates elements of hatha yoga, classical and modern Temple Dance, bellydance, chi-gong, martial arts, fitness conditioning, priestessing practices, and somatic psychology. Open to all women ready to awaken their full spectrum experience, sweat, inquire, take risks, discover, and play! No technical dance experience necessary, only an eagerness and courage for inner alchemy.
About Monique Trinity Rose
Monique is a seeker and visionary, muse of the Mystery, temple dancer, serpent priestess, shamanic guide, adventurer, paraglider, mother, philosopher, and devotee of Truth. As creatrix of the revolutionary ritual embodiment format, the Omnique MethodTM, steward and Priestess of the Dakini Rose Gardens and Temple, and Director of the modern temple dance company, the Dakini Rose Devadasi, Monique teaches and performs her artful embodiment transmissions locally and abroad.
