This project will consist of three free-standing nine-foot tall dream catchers. In the center of each dream catcher is a 3D-printed human (to scale) organ. One is a heart, one a set of lungs, and one is a brain. Each of the organs has an Arduino programmed light sequence. The interior of the dream catchers is made with UV reactive wool yarn. Each of the hoops will have black lights to make the UV yarn react. In addition to the art itself, the project will have an interactive/educational descriptor involving how the body’s organs react to dreams/REM sleep.
